The redesigned Energy Management System (EMS) Dashboard for Alfa Energy successfully streamlined the monitoring and control of energy usage across multiple Southeast Asian operations. By integrating real-time data visualization, intelligent alerts, and user-friendly interaction flows, the system enabled a 15% average reduction in energy consumption. Notably, sites in the plantation and palm oil sectors achieved 10–20% efficiency improvements through optimized load management and reduced energy wastage, contributing to significant operational cost savings and sustainability goals.
